Fathers and Son Relationships

This course examines the particular challenges adolescent boys face as they navigate through their teenage years and the key role the relationship with their fathers play in shaping their self-image, confidence, and behavior. Fatherhood, as a dynamic institution that has a history of its own, is discussed, as are a general list of guidelines for fathers seeking to improve their communication and empathy with their teenage sons.
